The CAN Bus communication interface is not the only new feature of our new J1DB Control Unit. Forward controlling the inductive power supply allows a reduction of power consumption up to 60%.
Additionally the new SW for CAN-Bus interface (baud-rate up to 1 Mbit/s) provides following features:
- -Device name of the Control Unit
- - Serial number of the sending Rotor Unit
- - Serial number of the Control Unit
- - Status of the current data transmission Rotor Unit – Control Unit
- - Offset-correction in Nm, settable
- - Selected calibration value mV/Nm, settable
- - Lock of the offset correction activated / not activated
- - Channel sampling rate and filter setting
- - Can-Identifier for the measurement data
- - Can-Identifier for the status data
- - Measurement data in [V] or [Nm]
- - Current power supply value of the Rotor Unit [V]
- - Graphical display of the current measurement values
- - Configuration export via .dbc-file.
