New J1DB Control Unit now with CAN Bus and improved power control

The CAN Bus communication interface is not the only new feature of our new J1DB Control Unit. Forward controlling the inductive power supply allows a reduction of power consumption up to 60%.

Additionally the new SW for CAN-Bus interface (baud-rate up to 1 Mbit/s) provides following features:

  • -Device name of the Control Unit
  • - Serial number of the sending Rotor Unit
  • - Serial number of the Control Unit
  • - Status of the current data transmission Rotor Unit – Control Unit
  • - Offset-correction in Nm, settable
  • - Selected calibration value mV/Nm, settable
  • - Lock of the offset correction activated / not activated
  • - Channel sampling rate and filter setting
  • - Can-Identifier for the measurement data
  • - Can-Identifier for the status data
  • - Measurement data in [V] or [Nm]
  • - Current power supply value of the Rotor Unit [V]
  • - Graphical display of the current measurement values
  • - Configuration export via .dbc-file.
