The telemetry system AXON J2D transmits the signals of two independent strain gauges without contact.
The amplified measuring signals are made available on the Control Unit for further recording. The quality of the received digital data stream is constantly monitored, regulated and displayed via RSSI output.
The telemetry system offers the possibility to simultaneously measure two strain gage signals in a very small space and transmit them both contactless and wear-free.

The rotor unit supplies the sensor with high precision with voltage. Captures the data of the strain gauge, prepares it and transmits the measuring signal without contact between the rotating shaft and the stator electronics. Even in oil and operating temperatures of up to + 140 ° C in continuous operation, a stable power and data transmission can be produced.
Control Unit
Control Unit
The control unit of the telemetry system generates the inductive supply voltage of the rotor unit and reproduces the data measured on the shaft as a voltage signal. Inductive power supply and RF data reception are monitored and always controlled during operation to ensure optimum data transmission.
Stator Unit
Stator Unit
The stator unit generates the dynamic inductive field which supplies power to the rotor unit on the rotating shaft and at the same time receives the measurement data from the shaft. Distances between rotor and stator antenna of up to 70mm can be realized. Axial and radial relative movements between stator and rotor are covered in the range of several centimeters.
